Saving you money behind the scenes

RBA partners with RazorMetrics to automatically find lower-cost options on your prescriptions.

Here’s how it works: RazorMetrics looks at your prescription claims. If a cheaper alternative exists, like a generic or a better-priced option on your formulary, they contact your doctor. Your doctor reviews the recommendation and decides if it makes sense for you.

The great part — there’s nothing to sign up for. No extra apps, no additional forms.

Your ID card will arrive in the mail within a few weeks of enrolling. But you don’t have to wait — your coverage is active, and you can access a digital ID card right away.

Register with your carrier to view and download your card:

Note: It can take a few business days after enrollment for your information to appear on these sites.

Most of the time, you can only change your benefits during open enrollment. But if you experience a qualifying life event, you have 30 days to update your coverage.

Qualifying life events include:

  • Marriage or divorce
  • Birth or adoption of a child
  • Death of a spouse or dependent
  • Loss of other health coverage (such as a spouse’s plan)
  • Gaining other health coverage
  • Change in employment status (yours or a spouse’s)
  • Change in residence that affects your plan options
  • A dependent aging out of coverage

If one of these happens, contact the RBA benefits team within 30 days. We’ll help you make the changes you need.
