Your Open Enrollment Questions Answered

How long do I have to complete open enrollment?

This year’s Open Enrollment period is from October 21 – November 1, 2024.

Current members must complete any plan changes before the open enrollment window closes on November 1. If you’re not making any changes, your benefits will roll over into 2025.

New members can sign up at any time from now until December 31, 2024.

I’m not a current member. Can I learn more about your services?

We understand that switching health insurance providers is not something that is done without a lot of thought. That’s why we invite you to download our benefits guide where you’ll find information about who’s eligible, a comparison of our 5 plans, dental and vision benefits, life and disability plans, and additional perks you can access exclusively through Reformed Benefits Association.

Plus, you’re welcome to send us an email at any time with any questions. We’d be happy to help!

How much do your plans cost?

We’ve created a cost comparison that clearly shows the costs involved in each plan. Download the rate sheet here.

What happens if I don’t sign up for my health benefits during the Open Enrollment period?

For current members and churches, if you’re not making any changes to your plan(s), your elections will roll over into 2025. However, please keep in mind that Open Enrollment is the only time (outside of experiencing a major life event like a birth, divorce, marriage, etc.) that you are able to renew your plan and/or make changes to your current plan.

New members and churches are not required to work within the Open Enrollment period. It’s a great opportunity to explore options and compare plans, but you can join as a new member at any time.

If you have further questions about this, please send us an email and we’d be happy to help.

How do I log in to my member portal?

Logging in is easy! Just click the “Login” button at the top right of the navigation bar. From there, you will be brought to the Bswift website

Please note: For your security, each year your password resets. If this is your first time logging in this year, your password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to change your password after you login for the first time.

What should I do if my login isn’t working?

During the open enrollment period, we work with a third party to help you get the quickest answers possible. If you get stuck or are unable to login, please contact Reformed Benefits Association’s Benefit Service Center at 844-643-1131 Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:00 p.m. CST. They will help you with log-in issues and be able to answer general open enrollment questions.

If you need further assistance, please send us an email and we’ll reach out within 1-2 business days.
